Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and Mentos4D ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://mentos4d.cam and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

Mentos4D is an online betting and live casino platform operating under international licensing, providing sports betting, live dealer casino games, slot games, and related wagering services to eligible users. The platform is designed and operated in the English language for users in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions.

By accessing this website, completing the account registration process, or placing any wager through the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full;
• You meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of this Agreement;
• You agree to be bound by any future amendments to this Agreement as published on this page.

Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout this Agreement:

Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the Mentos4D Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

1. Age: You are at least 21 years of age. Mentos4D enforces a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with responsible gambling best practices applicable to casino and sports betting platforms.
2. Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Jurisdiction: Access to the Platform is not prohibited by the laws or regulations of your country or jurisdiction of residence. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Malaysian Users: Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling is not regulated or licensed by any Malaysian government authority. Access to the Platform by Malaysian residents is at their own discretion and risk. Mentos4D does not represent that its services are legal for all Malaysian residents under Malaysian law.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You are not currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on any gambling platform, including Mentos4D.
6. Single Account: You do not currently hold another active account on the Mentos4D Platform. Each person may maintain only one account.
7. Personal Use: You are registering and wagering solely for your personal recreation and are not acting on behalf of any third party.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access real-money wagering services on the Platform, you must complete the account registration process and satisfy our KYC verification requirements. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

KYC Documentation: Before processing any withdrawal, and at any time at our discretion, Mentos4D may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian National Identity Card / MyKad, passport);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of eWallet account, bank statement).

Mentos4D reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where documentation provided is found to be false, altered, or inconsistent with information held on record. All personal data collected during the KYC process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. Notify Mentos4D immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Mentos4D does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. Supported payment channels include DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of a successful transaction. Processing delays caused by your payment provider are beyond Mentos4D's control.
• Mentos4D does not accept third-party deposits. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is within 10 minutes for amounts up to RM10,000. Larger amounts may require additional verification and processing time.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is subject to your account tier.
• Mentos4D reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

Mentos4D offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotional offers are subject to individual terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional offer's terms and this Agreement, the specific offer terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General Bonus Terms:

• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unredeemed or incomplete bonuses will expire upon the stated deadline.
• Bonus funds may be restricted to specific game categories. For example, certain bonuses may not count towards wagering requirements when used on live casino tables or specific slot titles. Refer to each promotion's terms for eligible games.
• Mentos4D reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, structured depositing designed to exploit reload offers, or pattern betting to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.

Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the Mentos4D Platform are subject to the specific rules of each wagering product, which are published within the relevant sports or casino section of the Platform. The following general rules apply to all wagers:

• Acceptance of Bets: A wager is not accepted until confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number is issued. Mentos4D reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any wager at its sole discretion.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change before a wager is accepted. The odds applicable are those displayed at the moment of acceptance, not those displayed at any earlier time.
• Error Correction: Mentos4D reserves the right to correct any error in odds or payouts that result from a technical, human, or data-feed error. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds (palpable errors) may be voided.
• Cancelled Events: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the applicable sports rules for that market. Where no specific rule applies, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live Betting: In-play (live) betting is subject to a brief acceptance delay for verification. Wagers placed on events that have already concluded will be voided.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. In the event of a game malfunction, the round will be declared void and all stakes returned to the player.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mentos4D Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (including deposits, bonus funds, and winnings), and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or accessing more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Match-fixing and Collusion: Participating in, arranging, or having prior knowledge of the fixing of any sporting event or casino game outcome.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic betting across markets or platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, in a manner designed to exploit odds discrepancies at Mentos4D's expense.
• Automated Systems: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any artificial means to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen, disputed, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to deposit funds.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, system errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Impersonation: Representing yourself as another person, providing false identity documents, or misrepresenting your age or jurisdiction of residence.

Responsible Gambling

Mentos4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Members. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set maximum session durations, after which the platform will automatically log out the Member.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Members of the time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion (minimum 30 days, up to 180 days or permanent) through the responsible gambling section or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Mentos4D Platform — including but not limited to website design, layout, graphics, text, software, trademarks, logos, game content, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of Mentos4D or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform;
• Use any Mentos4D trademark, logo, or brand asset without prior written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mentos4D, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its services;
• Technical failures, server downtime, data loss, or security breaches not attributable to wilful misconduct by Mentos4D;
• Any reliance placed by you on information or content available on the Platform;
• Losses arising from wagers placed on the Platform, including in circumstances where a technical error is subsequently identified and corrected;
• Actions taken by Mentos4D in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension or termination.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Mentos4D's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

Mentos4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials;
• Detection of multi-account activity or impersonation;
• At the Member's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure);
• Where continued operation of the account would present a legal or regulatory risk to the Platform.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance (including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds) may be forfeited. Where a Member voluntarily closes their account in good standing, any real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to standard KYC verification.

Amendments to These Terms

Mentos4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via your registered email address or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mentos4D is incorporated and licensed under its international gaming licence. No reference to Malaysian law is implied or intended in respect of the operation of this Agreement.

Dispute Process: In the event of a dispute regarding a wager outcome, account decision, or financial transaction, you must first submit a formal written complaint to Mentos4D customer support at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated under Mentos4D's international licence. The decision of such a body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Malaysian users acknowledge that by using the Platform, they are engaging with a service governed by international law and that Malaysian courts may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the Platform.
